Are you a Cleveland Water customer emailing about our eBilling system?
If you are having issues with your eBilling experience, account numbers, or EZ-Pay now that Cleveland Water and NEORSD bills are separate, we suggest you contact Cleveland Water directly. Cleveland Water is our billing agent responsible for the eBilling system and accounts, and since we redirect all billing-related messages to our billing agents, contacting Cleveland Water directly may help you find a resolution more quickly.
The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District will not share your phone number or e-mail address information with any organization outside the District. You may also contact the District's Customer Service Department directly at 216-881-8247.
