The main objectives of the Building Maintenance Department are:
- Maintain the District buildings and grounds including heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
- Make recommendations to the other District departments for general maintenance upkeep of facilities and grounds.
- Issue and enforce policies for the safe operation of the facility.
- Provide and/or support training to ensure future excellence in maintenance of the facility.
