Our Customer Service center is the main point of contact for customers to ask questions regarding sewer bills, charges and rates, and our rate-saving programs for our senior and disabled customers or those looking to save money over the summer months.
UNDERSTANDING OUR 2010 RATES: Our Important public notice insert is the 2010 edition of our annual mailing which explains our current rates, contact information, and your chances to save money. This insert is mailed to all customers in Cleveland Heights and North Royalton in their first bills of the new calendar year.

Beginning September 28, Cleveland Division of Water and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District customers accustomed to receiving separate bills will begin seeing both agencies' charges on a newly designed combined bill. The move, prompted by a new billing system at Cleveland Division of Water, will feature a larger bill (8.5 inches wide by 14 inches tall) and more information about your rates and charges.
