How sewer rates are determined
The District's Board of Trustees has exclusive authority and
responsibility for establishing and maintaining the sewage service
rates and charges (including differential rates for services provided
to Subdistrict 1 and Subdistrict 2 customers) imposed for the services
and facilities provided by the District. Rates established for sewage
service are not presently subject to review or approval by any State of
Ohio or Federal governmental or administrative agency.
