Available to customers 65+ or anyone under 65 who is totally disabled. Household income for 2012 cannot exceed $30,500 and customers must own the property on which they live. Learn more.

SUMMER SPRINKLING
From May 1 to September 30, sewer charges are based on average winter usage or actual summer usage, whichever is lower. You must reside in an owner-occupied one-, two-, three- or four-family residence and be billed by NEORSD. Learn more.

AFFORDABILITY PROGRAM
A rate reduction of 40% for those whose income is at or below 200% of the poverty level (e.g., a family of four with a 2012 household income under $44,700).
Note: Customers can be enrolled in either the Homestead program or
the Affordability program, but not both. The reduced rate is the same
for both programs.

CRISIS ASSISTANCE
This program benefits customers affected by a major event in their life, such as major medical expenses not covered by any other source, job loss, separation, or divorce. The program offers financial assistance of 50% of sewer balance (up to $300) toward your account.
