Southerly Early Action Project 2B (SEA 2B)
SEA 2B consists of projects 3, 4, 5 and 7. Project 3 involves the removal of weir and the bulkheading of an 8-inch diameter dry weather outlet pipe at an existing regulator on Puritas Avenue near Grayton Road.

Projects 4 and 7 are both situated near Harold Avenue and W. 140th Street. They involve the construction of a new regulator west of W. 140th Street and a new backflow prevention structure east of W. 140th Street that connects to the existing Big Creek Culvert. The work also includes approximately 500 linear feet of new 8-inch and 24-inch RCP sewers constructed in open cut. The excavations are shallow due to the high elevations of shale in the area. The work also includes the re-routing of an existing 2-inch water main.

Project 5 includes the construction of a new regulator in the center of West Avenue west of W. 130th Street. The new regulator will be built over an existing 90-inch combined sewer. The work also includes the construction of four new overflow manhole structures built on the existing 24- and 30-inch local sewer along West Avenue and W. 130th Street connecting to the 90-inch combined sewer downstream of the new regulator.
