 Southerly Early Action Project 2C (SEA 2C)
Contract 2C of the Southerly CSO Early Action Program (SEA 2C) is located on Bellaire Road, North of I-71 at the intersection of Kensington Road near West 117th, in the City of Cleveland

SEA 2C includes the installation of an automated regulator (BC-10); a control vault for the regulator; a dry weather flow 48-inch diameter sewer connection to the existing Big Creek Interceptor (BCI); and a 6'x5' reinforced concrete box culvert storm water outlet connection to the Big Creek Culvert. The regulator has one gate for control of the flows from the combined sewer system and a provision for a storm water outlet gate and a CSO gate when the Big Creek tunnel storage system is activated in the future.
