Required for owner-occupied single-family or multifamily hoth four units or less applying for the Individual Residential Property Credit (25% flat credit).

Quantity & Quality Credits
Required for customers applying for the Quantity & Quality Credits (up to 75% total credit).

Member Community Review form
With the signature of you community engineer, this form may be submitted in lieu of a Stormwater Management Plan.

Education credits
Required for primary, secondary, and post-secondary schools applying for Education Credit (up to 25%).
