PROPOSED Stormwater Management Program TITLE V
This Code, known as Title V, forms the foundation of the program. It details the District's authority, provides cohesive guidance for sustainable management of stormwater through a watershed-based approach, defines areas of District responsibility, establishes proposed stormwater fees and credits, and provides a community cost-share program for local initiatives.

If you are interested in reviewing the proposed Code, you can download a PDF. We will accept written comments on specific text in the Code until Monday, December 7, 2009. Please address your written comments to Frank Greenland, Director of Watershed Programs, NEORSD, 3900 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. Comments will not be accepted by e-mail or phone. We will review all written comments received. Thank you.
