The Combined Overflow Treatment Facility (CSOTF) Expansion includes additional tankage for settling of combined sewage during storm events. The tank will be added as part of the existing CSO facility and include a new pumping station for settled solids. In addition, there will be construction of new parking facilities, a guard house, truck scale and plant entrance.
