#CleanWater2015: Events, education highlight the region’s year dedicated to clean water
Consider it a hydration celebration.
The year will be marked with events, prizes, and educational opportunities for the entire family offered by many local partners including the Sewer District.
Cleveland Water Alliance offers a complete list of Year of Clean Water events online, including our expanded Open House September 19 and events at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, the Greater Cleveland Aquarium, and many more.
The more events you attend, the more entries you can earn to win the Year of Clean Water Tour & Sweepstakes grand prize: a two-night getaway package in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It’s all intended to encourage involvement in activities that emphasize the value of our region’s water resources.
In 2015, key clean-water projects will continue to take shape across our service area. From Project Clean Lake construction like the Euclid Creek Tunnel and the Dugway Storage Tunnel, to green infrastructure ambassador projects and ongoing water-quality monitoring, clean water is at the heart of our work as a regional organization.
