Trustees are considering our next five-year rate schedule to confirm regional sewer rates and stormwater management fees for the years 2027-2031. These resources help connect you with our current rates and responsibilities, our plans for the next five years, and the work we do together to keep your rates as low as possible while moving our clean-water mission forward.

We offer five cost-saving programs to help when you need it most, including crisis assistance, rate reduction, and a summer sprinkling program. Check your eligibility and apply online.


1 bill, 2 programs

Did you know? Most customers’ bills pay for two services: Wastewater treatment (a fixed fee plus charges based on your water consumption), and regional stormwater management (a fixed tier charge based on the square footage of impervious surface on your property).

Next steps

Following our May outreach, Trustees are expected to propose revisions to our Code of Regulations in June to include the 2027-2031 rate changes, opening a 30-day public notice period with our member communities. After this, Trustees would vote on a resolution to adopt the 2027-2031 rate schedule with new rates taking effect January 1, 2027.
