Employee Tour | SEPTEMBER: Sewer Maintenance and the Collection System

You are invited to our Employee Fall Tour Series: Sewer Maintenance and our collection system.
Join our Sewer System Maintenance & Operation team to visit three of our pump stations and an important maintenance site along our Westerly Storage Tunnel! Sites will include the Superior Avenue Pump Station, Nine Mile Pump Station, Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station, and Westerly Storage Tunnel Site 3. Obtain your supervisor’s permission.
START, FINISH, AND TRANSPORTATION: Sign-in at EMSC will be 8:00 a.m. Tour bus will depart EMSC approximately 8:30 and return to EMSC around 12:00. All tour participants must ride the NEORSD-provided transportation.
LIMITED CAPACITY: This event is limited to 25 employees. We are offering one tour a month over the summer (August 26, September 30, October 21), so if one event is full, please consider registering for a future tour. If you reserve a seat and must cancel, please contact Jessica Shutty so we can open the seat to other employees.
WHAT TO WEAR: Long pants and closed-toe shoes required.
