"Safer Facilities: Chemical Security and Hazard Reduction"
A training seminar sponsored by the Cuyahoga County Local Emergency Planning Committee will be held at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. The morning session will feature talks by local and national experts, including a special presentation on the Graniteville, SC train derailment and chlorine release. Four afternoon breakout sessions will provide participants the opportunity for in-depth review and discussion of vulnerability assessment, target hardening, hazard reduction and population protection.

$30/person registration fee includes a CD-ROM of the seminar proceedings and substantial additional reference materials; breakfast buffet, lunch buffet featuring carved prime rib, and break refreshments; and free parking.
