Traffic to and from EMSC and Southerly to be impacted by Dominion construction

The Sewer District has just learned that traffic to and from EMSC and Southerly will be significantly impacted beginning next week (Aug. 31).

Dominion East Ohio will be installing a new gas main along East 49th Street in Cuyahoga Heights, closing one full lane of traffic. Traffic will only be permitted southbound between Grant Ave. and Southerly's main entrance. Employees and visitors exiting EMSC and Southerly will be required to turn left (southbound) when exiting the facility. Detour signs will be posted re-directing northbound traffic to I-77. This project is expected to be quite lengthy and Dominion East Ohio has not announced an anticipated end date at this time. We will distribute any additional information to employees as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
