The District is required to publish annually a list of Industrial Users in significant noncompliance with discharge regulations to the sewer system.
The District's Water Quality & Industrial Surveillance team has developed this list using data from both our sampling and required industrial self-monitoring.
Note that this list includes comments regarding the reason for the determination of significant noncompliance, and in some cases the action taken by the company and/or District to remedy the infractions.
