Community Discharge Permit Program Update

New Plan Review Process:

Beginning on March 5, 2018, requests for plan review will be made using a new online plan review application that will be available on the CDPP Plan Review page.

Easier access, status review, and streamlined submission process

We anticipate that the new submission process will simplify and streamline the plan review timeline and make it easier for applicants to obtain information about requirements for review and status of a review in process. The application will be used for submitting plans for new projects, as well as, requesting NEORSD sewer plans, verification of correct representation of NEORSD sewers and facilities, determination of applicability of NEORSD Code of Regulations requirements, etc.

About the Community Discharge Permit Program

As you may know, the CDPP performs a variety of different types of plan review for member communities and contractors/developers performing work that involves local sewer systems, The NEORSD sewer system, and stormwater management, to ensure that work being done on local sewer systems complies with the NEORSD’s Code of Regulations and supports the performance objectives outlined in community discharge permits.
