This past September, the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District presented its Board with a proposed rate structure.
In addition to conducting seven public meetings for rate payers, the District has also informed service-area mayors, city managers, and the Public Utilities Commission regarding the proposal. Results from these meetings were presented to the Board on November 2 and are currently under Board consideration.
The District will present its final recommendation to the Board at its next scheduled public meeting February 1.
